Intellectual property consultant in the field of patents, specialising in physics. He joined PONTI & PARTNERS in 2025.
Graduated in Physics from the University of Barcelona, specialising in Fundamental Physics. He participated in a research project at the Institute of Materials Science of Barcelona (ICMAB-CSIC), working on the fabrication of electrodes for supercapacitors using laser techniques. He did his Final Degree Thesis at the Institute of Space Sciences (ICE-CSIC), characterising a magnetic field sensor for the LISA space mission.
His professional experience in the field of patents includes drafting and prosecuting Spanish, European and international patent applications, as well as drafting patentability, patent infringement and freedom-to-operate reports. He also handles responses to examination communications from the different offices, and provides general advice on intellectual property.
His working languages are Catalan, Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
