Profile of the new partners
Maria Mercè Vidal is an agricultural engineer, European Patent Attorney, and, in 2015, assumed the position of Director of Patents and Designs. With more than 20 years at the firm, she brings extensive experience in drafting patent applications, conducting patentability analyses and defining protection strategies in complex technological environments. Her technical expertise and analytical skills make her a key reference in innovation projects.
Ricardo Guerras is a lawyer, Industrial Property Attorney and Director of Trademarks and Legal Services. Since joining the firm in 2003, he has been a key figure in advising across all areas of industrial property and in defending clients before national and international courts. His strategic vision has been essential to the development of the firm’s legal practice.
Esther Sanmartín is Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer, leading the firm’s financial strategy and talent management since 2009. Her career has ensured operational efficiency and the maintenance of quality standards, driving continuous improvements and contributing to the firm’s sustainable growth.
