Ester holds a degree in Industrial Design Engineering and Product Development from the Polytechnic School of the University of Girona.
She worked for years in an internationally renowned company in the field of metallurgy, as head of IP, where she created and integrated the patent department within the R&D area, acting as an active connector between the innovation and product department and the different external partners of the IP team. During this period she led, managed and planned the patent portfolio together with the company’s management.
She focuses her practice on advising, preparing and prosecuting designs, as well as drafting and prosecuting Spanish, European and International patent applications and preparing patentability reports. She also carries out patent infringement studies, technological surveillance, and general advice on intellectual property matters, as well as the preparation and prosecution of digital certificates.
Her working languages are Catalan, Spanish and English.
