Patent advisor in the field of electro-mechanical inventions, he joined PONTI & PARTNERS in 2025 and is a European patent attorney since 2022.
Arturo holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of València (Universitat Politècnica de València – UPV), and is dedicated to the drafting and prosecution of patent, utility model and design applications before local and international patent authorities in many technical fields, such as mechanics, computer implemented inventions, renewable energy, nuclear technology, physics, aeronautics, etc. He also conducts prior art searches and prepares reports on patentability and infringement and provides general advice in intellectual property to clients and partners.
He is a member of the European Patent Institute (EPI).
His working languages are Catalan, Spanish and English, and has knowledge of German.
